Criminal history of violent crime, sexual crime, or destruction of property of applicant/applicants or occupants including children.

Poor credit history.

History of eviction.

Poor rental history of applicant/applicants, including children.

Drug history of applicant/applicants, and children.

Poor housekeeping and damage to property.

Poor supervision of children.

Unruly or destructive behavior of applicant/applicants, children, and visitors.
